- Return Authorisation (RMA): If the fault cannot be resolved remotely and the product requires return, we will issue an RMA number and instructions.

Return Material Authorisation (RMA) Process
If your product requires inspection or repair, our Return Material Authorisation (RMA) process ensures returns are handled efficiently and without unnecessary delay.
Products must not be returned without an authorised RMA number. Any items received without prior approval may be delayed in processing.
How to Start an RMA

Once submitted:
- Our team will review the details provided
- You will receive confirmation and an RMA number (if required)
- Full return instructions will be issued
Before Returning Your Product
- Contact support before sending any item back
- Ensure an RMA number has been issued
- Package the product securely, ideally in its original packaging or appropriate protective materials
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the shipment
Turnaround Time
Typical turnaround from receipt is 1–2 weeks for inspection and repair.
If specialist components or external repair services are required, this may extend to 2–4 weeks.

What the Warranty Covers
The warranty covers manufacturing faults arising during normal use, provided the system has been installed, operated and maintained in accordance with guidance.
The warranty does not cover:
- Misuse or accidental damage
- Unauthorised modification
- External electrical or power-related damage
- Improper installation
Where an issue falls outside warranty terms, we will always advise on practical repair options.
Reporting a Warranty Issue
Products identified as faulty on delivery must be reported within 7 days of receipt, in line with our published policies.
