DSL have been ISO 9001 accredited (an independent endorsement of the company’s Quality Management System) organisation since May 1995. Our Environmental Considerations

Our Carbon Footprint:

Transportation of our products inherently generates carbon emissions; this is amplified when sourced from our Far Eastern partners. To mitigate this impact, DSL consistently consolidate shipments and collaborate with global courier companies such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL, all of which adhere to their own environmental policies.

Within the UK and Europe, our domestic delivery partner has implemented a Carbon Neutral Commitment policy, whereby they constantly review, reduce, and offset their carbon emissions, ensuring environmentally responsible delivery of your goods.

Supply chain greening:

In line with our continuous improvement objective, DSL is actively seeking out environmentally conscious partners. We prioritize suppliers with ISO 14001 accreditation, but also welcome those with established environmental policies and verifiable commitment to sustainable practices. By actively promoting environmental awareness and responsible practices within our supply chain, we are contributing to a collective effort towards a more sustainable future.

Waste stream monitoring:

In adherence to our sustainability principles, DSL meticulously identify and monitor all our waste streams to minimize landfill contributions. Designated materials such as tin, cardboard, plastic, and paper are segregated and recycled through accredited local specialists. We extend this commitment to electronics, rigorously recording and collecting our waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) through accredited specialists. DSL extends its commitment to environmental responsibility by offering in electronic waste recycling to all our clients.
