Resolution/Aspect Ratio & Environment
The ViKING range is available in a 12.1”, 19” and 24” screen size, with 4:3/5:4/16:9 aspect ratios, with the 24” being fully HD. Constructed from die-cast aluminium, these black, slim, front IP66 rated systems are fanless, making them perfect for marine environments. Designed to endure extreme harsh environments, supporting 0-100% brightness, the ViKING complies with IEC 60945.
I/O & Mounting
All sizes feature down facing USB, LAN, and serial connections at the back of the unit, as well as a display out port for dual screen support. Located on the I/O panel, there will also be a 2-pin connector to add a power button if required. There are multiple I/O expansion boards available to increase connectivity. The ViKING is compatible with both panel and VESA mounting to allow for seamless integration in any environment. Supplied with mounting lugs for easy panel mount installation, and a rubber gasket to ensure the IP66 rating is retained. The VESA size is 100×100 to conform with universal VESA brackets.
Processor
The ViKING systems run on 8th Gen Core i3/i5 Intel based CPUs. As these are Windows 11 compatible systems, they also support TPM 2.0. The trusted platform module technology will help keep the hardware secure, protecting it from malware.
